Shipping Guidelines: - We deliver across Bharuch, India and partner cities. - Delivery times typically range between 1 to 3 business days post dispatch depending on the delivery location. - Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout. Perishable Refund & Return Policy: - Since our products are freshly baked cookies, they are highly perishable. For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns. - If your cookies arrive damaged, incorrect, or if there is any quality concern, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos of the package. We will resolve it via refund or replacement.
